It’s been one month since the Butterfly Project finalists started their journey to achieve the ultimate makeover. While some are still taking it at a leisurely pace, others are really working it out! Chan Wan Lee checks in with them as they pay a visit to Marie France Bodyline, their new slimming sponsor, for a consultation on their diet.

Eating habits: “I would say that the one food that I can eat for any meal is nasi lemak!”
Diet history: “I boycotted rice on this one diet. I had all my meals without rice, only with meat and vegetables. I lost 8kg during that period!”
Current diet: “I’m cutting down on my breakfast and dinner. I only have juice in the morning and have dinner without rice. Lunch is as per normal as that’s when I need my energy the most.”
Biggest dieting challenge: “I do not have any major challenges as I think I’m quite disciplined. There are some times, however, when I tend to eat after 9pm which is a big no-no when you’re on a diet.”
Best solution: “I need to get the determination to control my appetite while watching my husband gorge on food! I’m going to try reading a book while he eats the next time.”
Reebok progress report:
“My maid actually lost one of my Reebok tops and I was pretty upset about that. I went to Reebok to get a new one immediately for my workout sessions. At home, I’ve been trying out some of the workouts recommended to me by Candi Soo and I have to say that I’m starting to enjoy them!”
