Celebrity fantasy: “Nicole Kidman, for her porcelain skin and great fashion sense. She’s always poised. With her height, she can easily pull off any dress and wear it gracefully – truly a dream figure for every woman.”
Body fantasy: “It’d be nice to have smaller and more feminine toes so that I’d have a better fit with high heels and sexy stilettos. I have all this pretty heels that just sit in the closet untouched because I find wearing them to be a painful and uncomfortable experience, especially those pointy ones!”
Life’s most embarrassing moment: “I was in standard one and accidently wore my school uniform inside out. I remember crying like a baby because I was just too embarrassed and felt like the other students were laughing or sneering at me. My teacher actually had to call my parents to have a heart-to-heart talk with me! Guess I was a pretty sensitive kid back then.”
If I could get a time machine: “I wish I never stopped exercising so I wouldn’t have gained all these stubborn fats! When I was pregnant, I was just too lazy to exercise and kept procrastinating. Now I have to make sure I stay consistent in my workout routines to keep in shape and regain my figure.”
I look forward to the day: “When my baby calls me mummy for the very first time, which I believe is one of the most precious and heart-melting moments for any mother.”
Skin fantasy: “I wish I could have a flawless, porcelain complexion like Nicole Kidman!”
Skin disaster: “That dreaded pimple that suddenly appeared out of no where just days before my pre-wedding photography session! My family and friends kept saying I was being paranoid as it was not very noticeable, but to me it was surely the worst case scenario of a skin disaster!”
Celebrity Fitness progress report:
“I try to head to the gym at least two to three times a week. I truly believe that exercise is good for the body, mind and soul. Ever since I started going to the gym, I have began to feel less stressed, less tired and more energized. I also managed to shed some pounds from my post natal body fats and gradually started fitting into some of my old clothes again.”
