Worst fashion phase: “I’ve had a variety of styles ranging from all black, casual smart, and the beach look. The worst has to be the phase when I wore baggy jeans with over-sized T-shirts. Very tomboyish!”

Must-try fashion: “To go retro! It’s hard to find outfits with those kinds of prints. I also always wanted to try vintage dresses from the Victorian age.”

Best physical asset: “I think that will be my bottom! I normally wear black skinny jeans with a fitted top to show it off.

On exercise attire: “Good exercise attire definitely helps a lot, especially if the exercise involves a lot of movement and sweating.”

Reebok taught me…  “To pick outfits that suits not only your body shape but also your lifestyle and personality.”

My Reebok look today: “I wanted to look sportier and trendier, so I chose pieces from the lifestyle range and mixed them with my own style. The clothes I chose personify me. Black leggings are one of my favourites, and I paired with a sexy yet functional spaghetti strap top with a fitted jacket.”

I want my new look to say… “This is a healthier, leaner and younger me.”

Marie France progress report
Marie France provided me a food diary to fill in my daily food intake and consulted me on which area to focus my treatments on, which are my tummy and arms. They also advised me to eat more steamed food, less sweet and oily food and to not to eat after 8pm. So far, I have been sticking to the habit of writing in my food diary to watch what I have eaten.
