1. What was your weight at the beginning of the makeover, at the end of the makeover and NOW (5 months later)?
I was 60kgs before the makeover and 51kgs after. I still weigh in at a comfortable 51 kgs.
2. Describe your current eating habits and exercise regime?
I am eating healthier and doing workouts regularly. I also control my diet where I consume less meat and more greens.
3. Have you added any new practices to your diet and exercise regime?
Yes! I have a glass of fruit & veggie juice every morning before breakfast and another glass in the evening before my dinner. I have also signed up for a 1-year membership at the gym to make sure that I workout regularly to tone up my body.
4. How has your life changed since the completion of the Butterfly Project?
I have made positive changes in my life, especially in regards to confidence. I’ve also more open to challenges now.
5. How has your relationships with the contestants grown?
Throughout the whole project, we have become close friends. All of us are from different professions, personalities and backgrounds, and we share a lot. And now, even though the project is over, we still arrange to catch up with everyone and check up on each other about our recent endeavours.
6. What advice would you give to the next Butterfly Project contestants?
Be persistent and determined, follow advices given by the processionals and work as hard as you can to achieve the aim of transforming yourself. It is now or never!
7. What is the one major do and one major don’t on the Butterfly Project?
Put in 100% effort and have faith that you can make a real difference. This is going to be a once in a lifetime experience. And DON’T give up!
8. "Because of the Butterfly Project..."
I am now a more confident, cheerful, and beautiful person. I have the courage to try out new things and the wisdom to realise the true potential in myself.
